Our university offers a variety of services to help students prepare for employment. Among these, one of the most crucial aspects of job preparation is the resume and interview process. We introduce the AI solution service available on our university’s website. This AI solution is powered by the AI-based learning support platform, inFace.ai, and offers three main services: resume, interview, and NCS/aptitude test preparation.

First, the resume. It provides four main areas: resume writing, evaluation, AI-based correction, and supporting tools for resumes. For students who are writing a resume for the first time, AI helps them draft resumes and access over 100,000 example entries for reference. Additionally, the system can predict the acceptability or rejection based on a database of 600,000 resumes. Students can also receive AI coaching and use spelling and grammar checks for a final review. Video tutorials are available to guide students throughout the resume writing process.

Second, the AI interview service. This service is divided into three areas: non-face-to-face interview, AI interview, and AI interview learning support. In the non-face-to-face interview, students can practice a one-minute self-introduction and receive AI evaluation. AI interview guides and sample responses help students learn how to answer effectively. The conversational AI interview allows students to practice real-time responses, with the AI providing follow-up questions to simulate an actual interview experience. This repeated practice helps students build confidence and reduce nervousness. AI also provides detailed feedback on speech pace, logical consistency, and eye contact, enabling students to objectively assess their strengths and weaknesses and focus on areas that need improvement.

Third, the NCS and aptitude test preparation service. This service provides practice questions and e-books to help students prepare for exams in public institutions and large corporations. It allows students to become familiar with the exam formats, develop practical skills, and reinforce weak areas through repeated practice and analysis.

우리대학에서 취업을 준비하는 학생들을 위해 다양한 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 그 중 취업에서 가장 큰 비중을 차지하는 자기소개서와 면접과 관련된 서비스를 소개하려고 한다. 바로 우리대학 사이트에서 확인할 수 있는 AI solution이다. Ai solution은 인공지능 기반 학습지원 플랫폼 inFace.ai를 도입하여 제공되는 서비스다. 크게 3가지로 자기소개서, 면접, NCS/인적성 검사 서비스를 제공하고 있다.

첫 번째, 자기소개서와 관련된 서비스다. 4가지 영역인 자기소개서 작성, 평가, AI 첨삭, 자기소개서 관련 학습지원이 있다. 자기소개서를 처음 작성하는 학생들이 어려움을 덜 수 있도록 AI를 통해 자기소개서를 작성하고, 10만건의 항목별 예시도 확인할 수 있다. 60만건의 자기소개서를 활용해 합격과 불합격의 예측값을 제공하기도 한다. 작성된 자기소개서에 대해 AI 코칭, 맞춤법검사를 활용해 마지막 점검도 할 수 있다. 또한, 자기소개서 작성 시 참고할 수 있는 참고 동영상도 함께 제공하고 있다.

두 번째, Ai 면접이다. 면접은 크게 3가지 영역으로 비대면 면접, AI면접, AI면접 학습지원이 있다. 먼저 비대면 면접에서는 1분 자기소개에 대한 AI의 평가를 확인할 수 있다.
